Moving someone's files around is a big deal, so Tidy is careful. If a file with the same name is already there, it adds a number instead of replacing it. Pinned files don't move. Cleanup only deletes empty folders with Tidy's folder names, like Images or Documents. And your files stay on your computer. There's no account to sign up for.
